Delicious Creamy Chicken Penne- Recipe

Hey everyone!
I wanted to share a new recipe I made up that tastes AMAZING!
I always love to order Chicken Penne when out to dinner because it's one of my favourite pasta dishes. I've never attempted to make it at home before and I'm glad that I decided to today.



Creamy Chicken Penne
Serves 3-4

2 skinless boneless chicken breasts- sliced into small pieces
2 1/2 cups of Penne Pasta
1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 onion- chopped
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt
2 tablespoons of margarine/butter

Cook cut up Chicken until fully cooked, sprinkle some garlic salt on while cooking.
(or you can use already cooked chicken from leftovers)
Bring a pot of water to a boil,
once boiling put in Penne noodles. Cook approx 10 minutes until soft.

While Penne is cooking, drop margarine/butter in large skillet.
Once it starts bubbling, put in chopped up onions.
Cook until onions are soft.
Pour cream of chicken soup into skillet.
Once bubbling add salt and pepper, then remove from heat and pour in sour cream, mix well.
Once your noodles are done, drain and pour into a serving dish
Sprinkle chicken over noodles and pour sauce over both.
Mix well.
and serve!

Sounds yummy! I'll have to try it sometime. By the way you can use small pork chops add some filling and fold up sides using toothpicks to secure if you want to try the 'stuffing' option re: what we were talkin about earlier
